FAQ

Why Brix Coffee?

Here at Brix Coffee, product quality is our utmost priority.

We work closely with our suppliers to only bring in coffee beans with high Brix, which can only come from the ripest and sweetest coffee beans.

By controlling for Brix, we ensure that we only carry premium quality coffee beans for your enjoyment.

Can you grind my beans for me?

Yes, definitely! Simply select your preferred grind size on the product page.

However, do note that if we do so, the beans will have a shorter shelf life (around two weeks or so).

For the best tasting experience, we would highly recommend getting a personal coffee grinder to grind your beans just before pulling your shot, or making your coffee.

What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. You may check out via Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.

How long will shipping take?

We ship all local orders within Singapore via Next Day Shipping. This means that you'll receive your order on the very next business day.

For international orders, shipping times may vary from 3 business days to 2 weeks.

What tasting notes can I look forward to?

You can look forward to tasting yellow tropical fruits, molasses, and dark chocolate in our coffee, along with a round and balanced finish.

What happens once this batch is sold out?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure that they are always fresh and bursting with flavor.Once the current batch is sold out, the “Buy Beans” button will be updated to reflect “Sold out”, and no more new orders will be accepted. However, do rest assured that as soon as we have our next roast date, we’ll be sure to update our site to reflect it, so that you can place your next order.
